Inspired by the dishes of his travels, Freddie's meticulous eye for quality and vision for filmmaking led him to combine his passions of food, beverage, fashion, and travel into his brand, where he creates aspirational cooking videos, delicious recipes, and entertaining stories on social media and his namesake site. Taking Cucina Cipoletti from a dream to a reality has been such a surreal journey and I’m grateful that the time has come that I can share it with you.
Growing up in a household where Sunday supper was not just a meal but a cherished tradition, I developed a deep appreciation for the art of cooking from a young age. The flavors of my childhood, infused with the warmth of family gatherings, laid the foundation for my culinary journey.
It was during my travels to Italy with my wife Jenny that my love for cooking was realized. Immersing ourselves in the vibrant culinary culture of Italy, we discovered the beauty of simple, honest ingredients and the transformative power of a well-crafted dish.
As we journeyed through Italy, sampling olive oils and pastas, a seed was planted in our hearts. We dreamed of bringing the essence of Italian cuisine back home to share with our loved ones, to recreate those magical moments of togetherness that we experienced in Italy.
The idea for Cucina Cipoletti began to take shape as we embarked on a mission to source the finest ingredients from artisanal producers across Italy. Guided by our shared passion for authentic flavors and a commitment to quality, we sought out farmers who shared our values of sustainability and tradition.
