What you’ll need!

Bourbon-Cherry Glazed Ham:

4lb Cured Sliced Ham

10oz Black Cherry Fruit Spread

1/4 cup Honey

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp Whole Cloves

1/4 Cup Bourbon

10 Bada Bing Cherries for garnish

Whole Green Beans with Roasted Garlic topped with Almonds:

16 oz whole Green Beans

1 oz Olive Oil

2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped

1/4 cup Sliced Almonds

1 tbsp salt

1tsp pepper

Rustic Smashed Red Potatoes:

6-8 Red Potatoes

5 Cloves of Garlic

2 tbsp salt

1 oz olive oil

1/2 stick butter

1/4 cup milk

Diced Chives for garnish

THEN;

Bourbon-Cherry Glazed Ham

1.Preheat the oven to 300°F and arrange a rack on the lower third of the oven. Remove any packaging or netting from the ham.  Set the ham aside to rest at room temperature for 1 hour.

2.Place the ham in a dutch oven or roasting pan and cover the ham.  Bake for 30 minutes.

3.While the ham is cooking, make the glaze. In a bowl add cherry fruit spread, brown sugar, bourbon, cloves and honey. After the ham has baked for 30 minutes, carefully remove the ham from the oven, and increase the oven temperature to 425°F. Remove the top and spread 1/2 the glaze over the ham, Return to the oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

4.Remove from the oven and baste with the pan juices and spread other half of glaze over ham.

5.Return to over for 10 more minutes of baking until a dark caramelized layer has formed.

6.Remove ham from oven and let rest 15 minutes, continuing to baste with pan drippings.

7.Transfer to a serving platter with Rosemary, whole cherries, for garnishing. Transfer any remaining juices/ pan drippings to a bowl and pour over ham when served.

Then for Green Beans:

1.Rinse and dry the green beans and remove any stems or rough ends.

2.Add olive oil and green beans to a large pan. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat stirring every minute.

3.Add garlic to pan and stir in.

4.Cook for another two minutes before adding and storing in sliced almonds and cooking for another minute.

5.Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish.

Then for the Potatoes:

1.Quarter the potatoes into equal- sized chunks.

2.Boil 4 cups of water in a pan.

3.Add potatoes to boiling water for 20 minutes or until you can stick a fork easily through potatoes.

4.Peel cloves of garlic and add to oven safe bowl or ramekin. Drizzle olive oil over garlic to coat and put in oven at 425°F for 15 minutes until garlic becomes brown and soft.

5.Remove potatoes from stove and drain all water, making sure potatoes are dry.

6.Add milk, butter, salt  and roasted garlic to pan or bowl.

7.Smash and stir with a fork until all is combined and desired consistency.

8.Garnish with thinly diced chives
